Terms Of Service
Mobilization fees must be paid in full prior to the pilot departing. Deployment fees include travel within a 30-mile radius of Boone. Recoveries outside this primary service area are subject to a $2.00 per mile travel surcharge for the additional distance. The standard deployment fee includes up to 3 full drone battery cycles (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of active flight time). If the animal is not located within this timeframe, the pilot may conclude the search, or the client may request additional flight time at a rate of $100 per hour, subject to pilot availability and battery reserves. A $300 holiday emergency surcharge is added to the standard deployment fee for flights requested on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
